Is it Okay to Pray to Angels?

I have thought about this for a very, very long time.

Really soul searched about it.

Especially as I am asked this often over the years.

There was a period of time where I took a break from all that I do, for several years, to really sit with these questions, to be sure I was in alignment to what was real.

What was truth.

Conclusion? It's okay.

Why it's okay to pray to angels

I believe that it's okay to pray to angels because they are messengers of God who are here to help us.

Angels are often seen as intermediaries between humans and the divine, and they can provide us with guidance, protection, and comfort. Here are some reasons why it's okay to pray to angels:

Angels are Mentioned in the Sacred Texts of All Faiths.

Angels are mentioned numerous times in the Bible, and they are often depicted as messengers of God who are sent to help people. For example, in the book of Genesis, an angel protects Hagar and her son Ishmael in the desert. In the New Testament, angels announce the birth of Jesus to the shepherds, and they appear to the disciples after Jesus' resurrection. By praying to angels, you are following a tradition that has been around for thousands of years.

Angels can help you connect with The Creator

Praying to angels can help you feel closer to God and deepen your spiritual connection. By asking for their guidance and protection, you are acknowledging that you are not alone and that there are higher powers at work in the universe. This can be a source of comfort and strength, especially during difficult times.

Angels can provide guidance and Support

Angels are often seen as beings of light and love who are here to help us. By praying to angels, you can ask for their guidance and support as you navigate life's challenges. They can help you make decisions, find your purpose, and overcome obstacles. By strengthening your connection with angels through prayer, you can tap into their wisdom and receive the guidance you need.

Pray to angels for assistance and help, but do not worship them. As long as you acknowledge that angels are only doing the work of our Creator, it’s okay to pray for angelic help. I always pray to the Creator first and ask to be sent the angel to assist me.

Praying to angels is a personal choice that can bring comfort, guidance, and support. Whether you are seeking protection, guidance, or a deeper spiritual connection, angels can help you on your journey. By acknowledging their presence and asking for their help, you are opening yourself up to the divine and inviting positive energy into your life.
