This holiday season, let’s gently return to your center.
Here’s a simple practice to bring peace into your mind and energy, right here in this post:
1️⃣ Slow Breath
Inhale for 4… pause… exhale for 6.
Let your shoulders drop.
2️⃣ Quiet Within
Close your eyes for a moment and imagine a soft, cool light resting on your forehead — calming your thoughts, slowing the pace of your mind.
3️⃣ Settling Energy
Place a hand on your heart and silently say:
“I allow peace to fill me.”
4️⃣ Anchor It
Think of one peaceful moment from the past week — however small — and let it settle into your heart space.
